Latest legislation
It goes without saying that we comply with the latest legislation. Our modern production facilities are designed and equipped in accordance with HACCP principles, and Fruity Pack will always put food safety and quality first. Our processes follow HACCP/IFS/BRC guidance. HACCP is a food safety system, the initials stand for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. In line with the HACCP principles each step in our production process is analysed, the potential risks are identified and control measures specified. A functioning HACCP system is a legal requirement, and our compliance is monitored by the Trading Standards agency.
