Order picker (dayshift)

WHAT ARE THE TASKS?

Together with your order picking colleagues, you will ensure that the correct quantities of our assortment, such as containers of sliced fruit or poké bowls, end up in the right crates. It's basically shopping for the customer. You will receive a list of orders from the supervisor, and you need to pack these orders into the corresponding crates. Once you have filled all the crates, you will check them one last time. When you have filled all the crates, you will check them one last time, and then the orders can be loaded onto the truck for delivery to the customer. Maybe that customer is a supermarket just around the corner from you!

WORKING HOURS

The working hours at the order picking department are between 09:00 and 23:00 and can take place from Monday to Saturday. During your job interview, you can indicate which times you prefer to work, for example, a day shift or an evening shift, and we will take this into account when making the schedule. Fruity Pack has flexible working hours, so you can also alternate between day and evening shifts, or you can work only in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and isn't afraid to take some extra steps and is physically strong. As an order picker, you must be able to lift crates with products. In addition, you are someone who works accurately. Together with the team, you ensure that the entire logistics process is completed correctly every day. So, we are looking for someone who fits well in a team and can work collaboratively, but can also work independently.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

• A salary based on collective labor agreement (CAO);
  If you are 21 years or older and working at Fruity Pack as a production employee, you earn an hourly wage of  €13,68  (excluding vacationdays and holiday pay.)
