WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a production employee at Fruity Pack, you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for cutting, packing, and labeling (containers of) fruit. It's important that you, for example, cut exactly enough of a strawberry, put the right amount of fruit in the correct containers, and then label these containers correctly. We deliver these containers of sliced fruit to supermarkets, maybe even the supermarket just around the corner from you!

WORKING HOURS

15 years old:
The working hours are flexible and can be adjusted between you and your supervisor. If you're 15 years old, you're allowed to work 7 hours per day during holidays and on Saturdays, which can be scheduled flexibly. You're also allowed to work 2 hours on weekday evenings during school weeks. You'll decide your working hours in consultation with your supervisor.

16 years and older:
If you're 16 years or older, you can work during school weeks as well. For example, you can start in the afternoon at 14:00, or we can adjust the working hours to fit your schedule if you have classes until later. This gives you, as a student, the opportunity to earn some money in your free time.

What will your wage be?

At Fruity Pack, you'll receive your accrued holiday pay and vacation days every month. Below you'll see your gross hourly wage and your hourly wage including holiday pay and vacation days.
